Stress is extremely common in the UK. Chronic stress can increase the likelihood of developing more serious mental health conditions and is also linked to a host of
problems with our physical health.
Tony will explore the main causes of stress and anxiety, the consequences on our mental and physical health and the most effective strategies to reduce them.

Coming from a background in Psychology and roles in Housing, Social Care, and Project Management Tony Courtney Brown has a deep passion for natural health.
